Shipping

• • Nuvo can be shipped almost anywhere you are! 
• •  New orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 48 hours of ordering. 
• •  Once shipped your order will take approximately 2-4 days to be delivered.
• •  Most customers receive their packages within 3 – 5 days from when the order was placed.
• •  Standard orders are shipped USPS.
• •  If you are ordering from out of the country, please contact us if you have problems ordering. We are not aware of every countries' import laws for electronic cigarette devices.Therefore, Nuvo, cannot guarantee the customs officials from your country will allow entry. So please check the laws regarding electronic cigarettes of your country before purchase. 
• •  Once orders have been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking instructions.
• •  If you need expediated shipping, please call us and we will see if we will be able to get your package to you quicker than or standard delivery service for additional expediated shipping fees.

Nuvo 1 Year Warranty and 30 Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have peace of mind in your purchase. Your battery, vaporizer and charger is guaranteed with a full 1 year warranty. If you have any problems, please email us for instructions on returning your NuvoCig for a new replacement. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. (Otherwise, don't light your NuvoCig on fire like you would a regular cigarette and expect us to give you a new one!)

NuvoCig electronic cigarette kits are backed with a 30 day money back guarantee (US orders only). If you don't like it or it does work for you, NuvoCig will refund your money!

You can make a refund request for Premium, Deluxe, and Standard Kits. Refund does not apply to cartomizers in kits, or cartomizers ordered individually for obvious health reasons. All refunds will be made minus shipping cost of $4.95 or higher expediated shipping. We hold to right to refuse refunds on damage, misused, or broken items. All items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied with an RA Number. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing after we have received the return. All refunds will be made to the original credit card on the order. Please return items by traceable shipping. We don't take any responsibility for untraceable mail.
