Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We ship 5-days per week (Monday-Friday), except major US holidays. Typically, orders are shipped on the same day if received by 2 pm.

While Nuvo is committed to excellent customer service, unfortunately, we cannot control for potential shipping delays by USPS. All related inquiries should be directed to your local United States Postal Service office.
Important Note on International Destinations
We take great care in packaging all of our shipments and do everything in our power to expedite the arrival of your order. However, delays do sometimes occur at the hands of National Customs. Although we ship orders all over the world and seldom experience any delivery problems, please be advised that certain nations have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarette products. We abide by the laws of the countries where we physically operate, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your home country! At your request, we will ship anywhere but cannot take responsibility for packages seized by customs in nations that have expressly banned the use or importation of electronic cigarette products.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have peace of mind in your purchase. All batteries and chargers are guaranteed with a 1-year warranty. This is a one time warranty and the battery can only be replaced once in 12 months. If you have any questions or problems, please email us and we'll do our best to help you resolve it. In the event you need to exchange a defective part, just fill out the warranty claim form and mail it along with a $9.99 money order and the the defective part(s) back to us in the padded envelope that was part of the original packaging.
This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. (Which means, don't light your NuvoCig on fire like you would a regular cigarette and expect us to give you a new one!)
As cartomizers are an expendable product, there are no refunds but you may exchange unopened boxes of cartomizers if you would prefer to have another flavor or a different product.
Please note, if you are experiencing an issue with a single product component, do not send us your entire starter kit, just the defective portion in question. A claim form must accompany all returned parts. Returns must be received within 1 year of purchase. As they are a consumable product, cartomizers are not under warranty.
NuvoCig electronic cigarette kits are backed with a 30 day money back guarantee (US orders only). In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product, simply ensure that the kit is returned to us within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money!
You can make a refund request for Premium, Deluxe, and Standard Kits. As they are a consumable product, refund does not apply to cartomizers (either in kits, or ordered individually). All refunds will be made minus the shipping cost of $4.95 or more for expediated shipping*.
We hold to right to refuse refunds on damage, misused, or broken items. All items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied with a warranty form. All refunds will be made to the original credit card on the order. Please allow 14 days for processing after package has been received. Please return items by traceable shipping. We will not take responsibility for untraceable mail.
A claim form must accompany all returns.
